One drawing a day for a month - Inktober-style, any medium.

One sketch a day for 31 days, in whatever medium you like. Day 1's drawing will embarrass you by day 31 - that visible skill curve is the entire magic of daily art challenges, and why Inktober became a global event.

The rules

1. Produce one finished-enough drawing daily; 10 minutes minimum.
2. Any medium: pencil, ink, tablet, watercolour.
3. Date and keep every piece - the before/after is the reward.

Tips from people who finished

• Use a prompt list (or the official Inktober prompts) - subjects, not skill, is the usual blocker.
• Small paper = finished drawings. A6 sketchbooks are streak-savers.
• Post them or don't, but photograph them all. Day 1 vs 31 belongs side by side.

Track it properly

The difference between "trying" this challenge and finishing it is usually a visible calendar. Create yours and you get:
