100 Push-Ups a Day
30 days · Fitness
One hundred push-ups every day for 30 days - sets and styles up to you.
The One Punch Man-adjacent classic. 100 push-ups a day sounds savage until you realise it's 5 sets of 20 spread across a whole day. Strength, endurance and a visible before/after in a single month.
The rules
- Complete 100 push-ups before the day ends.
- Break them into any sets you like; knee push-ups count while you build up.
- Chest to within a fist of the floor each rep.
Tips from people who finished
- Anchor sets to routine moments: wake up, lunch, after work, before shower, bed.
- Shoulders sore ≠ skip: drop to knees or incline push-ups and keep the streak.
- Log your max single set on day 1 and day 30. Enjoy the difference.
Track it properly
The difference between "trying" this challenge and finishing it is usually a visible calendar. Create yours and you get:
- A 30-day calendar you tick off daily - with streaks and completion stats computed live.
- Achievement badges (day 1, 7-day streak, halfway, finisher…).
- A share link so a friend can watch and keep you honest - see the accountability playbook.
- A printable version for the fridge.
